You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.
Readings are delivered as PDF documents to the email address provided at checkout. Standard delivery time is within 3 hours of order placement during business hours (9am to 9pm AEST). Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered by 12pm AEST the following day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.
