Every reading comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your reading does not resonate, we will make it right.
We stand behind every reading we deliver. If you receive your reading and feel it does not resonate with your situation, does not provide meaningful insight, or does not meet the standard you expected, you are entitled to request either a revised reading or a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No lengthy explanations required.
To request a refund or a revised reading, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number (found in your confirmation email) and a brief description of your concern. We will respond within 2 business days. For revision requests, please include any specific areas you would like us to revisit or expand upon.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If you prefer a revised reading over a refund, we will prepare a new version of your reading within 48 hours of your request, taking into account your feedback. Revised readings are delivered to the same email address used at checkout. You may request one revision per order.
Our refund policy applies to all standard reading products. Physical products (crystals, candles, and ritual kits) may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs for physical products are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Digital products (reading documents) are not subject to the 14-day physical return window but are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
We are unable to process refunds for orders where the customer provided incorrect personal information (such as an incorrect date of birth or email address) and did not notify us before the reading was delivered. We are also unable to process refunds for readings that have been shared publicly or distributed to third parties, as this constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service.
